Walk and Talk Therapy
Over the years, I have found that sitting in an office across from your therapist can feel overwhelming or unnecessarily intense. Those who feel stuck and need something different, often need to get moving. That is why I offer ‘walk and talk’ therapy as an adjunct to traditional therapy. There is a wide body of research showing the benefits of walking, physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you like, we can add some ‘walk and talk’ therapy to our time together and see what emerges.
